Recently our project members Nella van den Brandt and Lieke Schrijvers, co-published an article in DiGeSt: Journal of Diversity and Gender Studies. In the article Nella and Lieke, along with PhD students Amal Miri (University of Ghent) and Nawal Mustafa (VU Amsterdam), interview Utrecht University emiritus Gloria Wekker and discuss her popular book “White Innocence: Paradoxes of Colonialism and Race”. The article is called “White Innocence: Reflections on Public Debates and Political-Analytical Challenges. An Interview with Gloria Wekker” and is to be retrieved from DiGeSt Volume 5, Issue 1.
